The "R" series line comes in 90, 120 and 160 thousand pound capacities.  Our success has been a combined effort between Rigger Lift's engineering department, mechanics and all of the rigging / machinery moving community. This valuable input plus our past 125 year combined experience has enabled us to design and manufacture a new truck that is far superior to any other rigger truck on the market today.  Rigger Lift designs and manufactures our own frames, steer axles, masts, and carriages. The tires, hubs, drive axles, and multiple other components are specifically manufactured for Rigger Lift by many local companies. The result is a high quality, user friendly product designed for the extreme demands that the rigging industry requires to perform their job.

All "R" series rigger trucks are built on new chassis made of 2' steel plate that provide the foundation for our awesome picking machines.  This rugged frame has been proven in the field and has allowed Rigger Lift to produce a rigger truck that can be shipped any time, any where without permits. 

All "R" series trucks also come standard with ...

• Rigger Lift's custom-designed single solid rubber drive tires that reduce floor loading, provide better traction on uneven/wet conditions, and eliminate the need for steel plating floors. 
• Telescoping mast with direct-lift cylinder, fabricated from grade 50 steel.
• Custom Solid Steer axle made of 3.5" steel plate, oversized double acting cylinder and budd type hubs to complete the package.  This is the most dependable and strongest axle manufactured in the industry. 
• The R90, R120, or R160 all come with the option of a GM 496 Vortex 8.1 Liter Engine or a Mercedes Benz Detroit Diesel 4.2 Liter 173 HP Engine. Both engines are CARB certified and allow for maximum power for your lift. 
• Hydraulic Brakes to allow for maximum stopping power.
• Skid resistant floor plates, backup alarms, working lights, overhead guards, and seatbelts. These standards allow for a safe operating environment as loads are raised and lowered.
• Steel hydraulic lines for years of dependable service without failure and for increased heat dissipation. 
• Operators/Service/Maintenance Manual and Safety Manual. Every Rigger Lift comes with a 1 year, 2000 hour, limited basic warranty.
